A Quick and Simple Treat

This month I am sharing a quick and simple finger food. This is the easiest snack-atizer you will ever find and so tasty that I guarantee someone will ask you for the recipe. I am sharing it now because I feel like these little crackers are perfect for your St Patty’s day gathering or your Easter event but I also use them in December when we always have a full house or even for a summer picnic. The speckled green herbs always feel fresh and festive.

4 simple ingredients:

2 - 9 oz bags of oyster crackers

2- Tbsp Dill Weed

1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dried Seasoning

2/3 cup Canola Oil

Pour

the crackers into a one gallon ziplock bag

Mix

the Dill, Ranch Seasoning, and Canola Oil in a separate bowl

Drench

the crackers with the oil and spice mixture… Seal the bag

Shake

the bag gently to coat all of the crackers in the mixture. once coated allow it to sit for at least an hour to let some of the oil evaporate. (these CAN be prepared a day or two in advance)

Serve

It is as easy as that! A simple herbed cracker appetizer that everyone will keep going back to for more.
